About EPIC Engineering

EPIC was started in 2009 by Rick Quinlan and Tim Jones with the simple goal of providing Electrical and Mechanical consulting services that were of the highest standard. They believed they could accomplish this by keeping our projects within scope, on time and within budget.

Rick Quinlan | President and Partner

The team is led by President and Partner Rick Quinlan who oﬀers over 40 years of experience in the electrical engineering industry. Since entering the electrical consulting engineering ﬁeld, Rick has served in several key roles during his career. His technical and professional vision has been applied to acclaimed accounts such as May Company retailers, Smucker’s Corporation, GoJo Industries, New York Post, Akron General Medical Center FedEx and most recently the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Tim Jones | Vice President and Partner

Tim brings 30 years of experience in the electrical engineering industry. Certiﬁed and licensed in the State of Ohio as a professional engineer, Tim’s experience includes interior and exterior lighting design, power distribution, and communication systems.
